Motor vehicle assessment forms the bulk of our work and we receive instructions from a wide variety of sources within the industry every day. This gives us an invaluable insight into the differing needs of our customers whether they are insurance companies, brokers, solicitors, motoring organisations, legal expenses insurers, private companies, self-insurers or private individuals.

The extent of our assessment service is so comprehensive that we are able to inspect and report on any vehicle from a pedal cycle to heavy plant equipment.

Inevitably we often find ourselves in the position of being the ‘middle man’ between two or more parties. We however take great pride in this position of trust as our expertise can bring any number of disputes to a fair and speedy conclusion.

We always aim to inspect vehicles within 48 hours of instruction wherever possible, however, we will make immediate contact with parties involved if there are any delays in obtaining access to the vehicle.

And also given the possibility of replacement vehicle hire charges being incurred and on-going storage charges, we appreciate that speed and accuracy of inspecting and reporting is critical.

As well as a physical inspection service, Northern Assessors also provide a remote digital image inspection service.

Our remote digital image inspection service offers full control over the repairs with the following key features:-

  • Prompt economic, non-physical inspection of damaged vehicles
  • Full Audit Facility
  • Containment of claim costs
  • Early identification of vehicles requiring physical inspection
  • Prompt negotiation and agreement of settlement

AudaEnterprise enables you to generate a variety of productivity reports from a single database of all net-worked assessments, including TTS and MACE- subject to the terms of specific work-provider contracts.

This flagship estimating service, covering approximately 80% of the UK repair market, is a centralised, web-based, multi-user system. Designed to streamline the process for all parties, it provides a faster more efficient approach to the whole estimate calculation, communication and management process.
