I would just like to thank you and everyone at Northern Assessors for helping me out.

Dean Goddard

I am writing to express my sincere thanks for your help and the comprehensive engineer’s report regarding my car

I picked the vehicle up yesterday, and following a specialist gearbox rebuild ,the initial drive suggests the fault has finally been rectified. I have no doubt that without your professional intervention and the weight of your report, I would still be facing the “driver error” response from the garage.

I would also like to extend my gratitude to the wider team at Northern Assessors. Your professionalism and communication throughout this process have been excellent. Dealing with these issues while managing my health has been incredibly difficult, but knowing I had such a competent team in my corner gave the peace of mind I needed to see this through.

Your expertise provided the evidence required to finally get a result, and for that, I am very grateful.

Richard T

Thank you for the report on this case. It was fantastic and contained everything I had requested and so clear.

Supplier Complaints Executive

Been having ongoing issues with my car since the so called repair garage fixed it. Adam from northern assessors came out today to inspect my car. Adam was brilliant from start to finish and put my mind at ease the fact that had not done anything to my car and it was all down to shoddy workmanship from the repair. Thanks for your help Adam really appreciated.

If everyone’s reports were like Northern’s we’d be really happy: they’re clear and concise, they cover every point we / the customer raises and it helps us to settle complaints efficiently. Northern are really good to work with.

After feeling stressed regarding an accident to my husbands vehicle, I was dreading a visit from the insurance assessor mainly because we didn’t know what to expect. But our fears were alleviated initially when the visit was arranged on the phones to suit our timetable by nice girl.

On the morning of the visit we were rung by a gentleman called Adam who told us when he would arrive. He was punctual and was a very polite knowledgable and friendly young man. He put us at our ease and took lots of photographs and was very thorough in his examination. He appreciated we were concerned and assured us he would deal with our case promptly. True to his word we got an answer re the outcome not long after his visit.

I couldn’t recommend him or the company highly enough. We are very appreciative of his interpersonal skills and his abilities to put us at ease and feel confident in his ability. Thanks again

’I’ve just spoke with someone from the team regarding your service who also gave good feedback and raised no issues……. it has been a good transition and a welcome change from our previous service so thank you !
